Phoenix Public Library is expanding our technology services to better serve our community, made possible through a Cook County Digital Equity IMPACT HORIZON Grant. Here’s what’s available now — and what’s coming soon.

Expanded Outdoor Wi-Fi (Coming Soon)

Free public Wi-Fi will soon extend into the adjacent park area, so you can get online even when the library is closed.

Public Printing

Print from any personal device — no drivers or special software needed — using our updated Xerox VersaLink C415 color printer with Web Print. The printer accepts coin, card, and NFC/tap payments.

Poster Printer

Need a large-format poster printed? Ask library staff for details — pricing information will be posted on a flyer at the library.

Cricut Cutting Machine

Available for use with staff assistance. Stop by and ask a staff member to get started.

Libby Digital Lending (Coming Soon)

Free eBooks and audiobooks are coming to your fingertips through the Libby app, made possible by our ECC membership.

iPad Kiosk Stations

Two iPad kiosks are available in the library — one for searching our catalog, and one designed as a children’s educational station.

Community Cybersecurity Workshops

Join our free 6-part workshop series covering online safety, password security, scam awareness, device security, social media safety, financial safety online, and AI literacy. Open to all community members — light refreshments will be provided.
