Welcome to Phoenix Public Library

Phoenix Public Library has been proudly serving the Village of Phoenix since 1987. We offer free library cards, public computers and Wi-Fi, printing, copying, scanning, fax services, interlibrary loans, children’s story time, and senior programming. Our cards give you access to libraries throughout the entire RAILS system across Illinois.

Coming soon — expanded Wi-Fi, digital lending through Libby, and community technology workshops.

Everyone is welcome. No card needed to use our computers or Wi-Fi. Stop in and see us!
