Family Reading Night

Family Reading Night is an annual statewide event held on the third Thursday in November to encourage families to spend quality time reading together. In addition to this statewide initiative, the Phoenix Public Library hosts its own annual Family Reading Night, where families are invited to participate in engaging reading activities. During this event, the library also presents awards to students from Phoenix and the South Holland School District 151, celebrating their achievements in literacy and fostering a love for reading.
